Are you in Nottingham on an executive project and need accommodation?
The majority of our guests are executives and consultants here in Nottingham in order to complete a project for a short or fixed period which is usually under 6 months or is, at the moment of looking, an undefined period such that a long term rental could turn out to be very expensive.
Frequently, the first point of contact is made by the HR department or the PA of the executive who is moving to Nottingham for work purposes, and we are preferred suppliers to many of our larger local companies who exclusively use out services for this purpose. They know and trust that we will look after their new executives whether they are on a short project or the beginning of a permanent one.

These guests want to move to somewhere which is at the higher end of the accommodation spectrum, but do not wish to stay in a hotel.
Here are some reasons why our corporate guests choose to stay with us instead of a hotel:
The cost of a week in our properties ranges from £425 for a smaller one bedroom flat going up in increments to £700 per week for our more spacious serviced apartments.
There are no hidden extras on top of this at all.
We can be flexible with out invoicing frequency, but we do ask for the first 4 weeks up front if the guest is looking to stay longer than 4 weeks.
Our average stay is about 8 weeks.
Here are some reasons why our corporate guests choose to stay with us instead of a hotel:
- They can cook in the fully equipped kitchen, eating out can get dull & unhealthy after a while, not to mention expensive
- They can settle into a community, become a local in the pub, restaurant or at the boot camp
- It is a home for family who visit or come with them for the period
- They get along as well as a bedroom which is so much more civilised than a hotel bedsit setup
- They do not have to sit on their bed whilst watching TV!
- They have a table to work at should they wish to and they do not have to use their laptop whilst sitting on their bed!
- They can invite a guest for dinner and feel more at home
- They can run down by The River Trent which isn't easy from city hotels.
- Their housekeeping is taken care of weekly by our wonderful pink army of housekeepers
- The wifi is, of course, free, fast and unlimited
- The parking is, of course, free and right outside the front door
- They can get an idea for the area if they are looking at moving here in the longer run
