The property has a stylish open plan kitchen/living room area as well as a modern bathroom. This flat's front door opens straight onto the shared quiet garden, which you are welcome to use. It's ideal if you're looking for a quiet flat, with nearby parking and outside space within a few minutes walk of central West Bridgford, with its bars, cafes and shops.

West Bridgford is the most affluent and vibrant area of Nottingham, and is located just a short drive away from the City Centre (with regular bus and taxi services operating). Bridgford is overflowing with bars, cafes and restaurants as well as plenty of green open spaces, perfect for exercising, entertaining the kids or going for a nice walk. The area also plays host to many sporting teams including Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club (who play at the world famous Trent Bridge Ground), Nottingham Forest FC, Notts County FC (the oldest football league club in the world), Nottingham Rugby Club and Holme Pierrepont, home of the National Watersports Centre. The town's proximity to Nottingham City Centre makes this property ideal for corporate accommodation - and provides a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of city living.

A lovely compact flat, modern neutral style, with all the basics. Clean and cosy. Well located in the city centre but still very quiet (no need of earplugs even if very sensitive to noise). Katie is concerned about the well being of her visitors and is very helpful (offering her services beyond hosting!). She can even provide a cot and a high chair (we travelled with our 6 months baby). We were very glad to be able to extend our stay very simply in such a good place. We just can only recommend her.
