Your relaxing homely space in Somerdale
Are you looking for a lovely relaxing space to stay whilst you are visiting Somerdale Chocolate Quarter?
Well, look no further. We have been enjoying hosting executives and families from all over the world in our home for many years now, and we would be happy to host you. We are located near B Block in St Monica's Trust's Somerdale Chocolate Quarter, along the road from The Somerdale Pavilion but off the main road, so it’s super quiet and we have a beautiful Patio facing the Hams from which you can relax and enjoy nature, in peace.
Our children have flown the nest, so we have 3 spare double bedrooms:
We tend not to take bookings for more than one group at once, so you will not be be sharing the bathroom with strangers or any one other groups unless you book more than one room together.
We find that guest arrive from all over the world for many reasons, to visit relatives and friends in The Chocolate Quarter, to visit IVC, Pukka Herbs, and Mitie who's Head Offices are located here or to take part in sports events at The Pavilion such as play Football, American Football, The ParkRun, Baseball, Softball, Bowls, Skittles, Yoga, Pilates and Tennis at the Tennis Club located on site too. It makes for an interesting and diverse group of people coming and going, all of whom are welcome.
There are 2 off street parking spaces available for guests and there’s even somewhere to charge up your car (at cost) if you’ve gone electric. Keynsham train station is a short walk on a level path, it takes about 10 minutes and but can also collect you by car from the bus stop or train station if pre arranged. We are also very close to the AirDecker bus stop which can take you to Bristol Airport in 25 minutes and with pre arrangement you can leave your car on our drive whilst you are away.
B-Block, on the ground floor of The Chocolate Quarter offers a fabulous breakfast and lunch, and dinner. It's a smart coffee shop / wine bar / pizza oven venue which caters for many different dietary needs.
The Pavilion also serves some great food and drinks for Vegans, Vegetarians as well as Omnivores.
There's a Spa facility in the Chocolate Quarter too, which is available to join for £30 per month or less, and is available for use by members from 7-9am and from 12-7pm (check the link for up to date times, it does change every now and then). The Spa has a small, warm, indoor pool as well as a Sauna, Jacuzzi and Gym, so do bring your kit and enjoy making use of the facilities should you wish to.
We try to keep our rates very reasonable, whilst we are luxury, and our guests have use of the Spa, Cafes, country walks form the door, 2 bicycles, 2 paddle boards, Pool Table (with careful use!) and free parking we realise we are not a hotel! You're welcome to make a cup of tea or use the Nespresso machine and the patio and garden too, but we don't encourage full on meal preparation unless you have pre arranged it. We have a total capacity for 6 guests, and we do welcome well behaved dogs if prearranged.

£10 per night per prearranged pet
£7 per night for airport parking (ie if you are not staying)
