Planning a trip into the big city?
We know that once you get to West Bridgford you'll never want to leave, but for those of you who are planning a bit of tourism north of Trent Bridge we decided it's best to give you some of the better options so that you can come back in one piece having enjoyed the experience.
A little bit of culture:
The Broadway Cinema and Media Centre
Nottingham Playhouse, proudly sponsored by Nook & Cranny
The Royal Centre Theatre and Concert Hall
Nottingham Contemporary
Cineworld
Restaurants we recommend:
Iberico - beautiful delicate food and fabulous service in really atmospheric surrounding, a personal favourite
World Service - style & class, eat outside in the summer in their Japanese Garden, or inside in the winter near the roaring fire
200 Degrees - this is a barista training centre / hipster coffee shop / great place to meet for a chilled out lunch or snack after work
Some evening entertainment:
Tilt cocktail bar
We've got great transport links from West Bridgford to Nottingham City Centre, so if you do decide to pop in to the city you'll be there in no time.
