This house can sleep up to 11 people in 6 generously sized bedrooms with a bed each - 2 SuperKing, 3 double and one single beds.
The ground floor comprises a spacious open plan garden room, snug, music room and kitchen, and across the hallway a separate lounge with it's own privacy. There's also a utility room with WC, washer / dryer and storage space off the garden room. The garden room has underfloor heating and bi-fold doors to the garden which is private and has 3 different seating areas.
This all means that 11 people can easily live here together but not be on under each others' feet by any means.
On the first floor 2 large bedrooms share a bathroom with large "Flake advert Style" bath and big cubicle power shower, WC & sink.
On the second floor there are 2 doubles and a single which share a bathroom with a smaller bath with a power shower over it. This is a "Jack and Jill" bathroom and as such is an ensuite to the double and single bedrooms and the larger double bedroom has to go through part of the single bedroom to access it.
One the third floor there is a fantastic Nest bedroom, behind a lockable door (from the inside) with a secret staircase. It has a huge window with views all over West Bridgford as well as light coming from very direction with many other windows.
