Short-term lets are a home from home, you’ve got free Wi-Fi, parking right outside the door, and many of our properties have a garden to sit in and enjoy a cold glass of wine after work.
The kitchens are really well equipped so you can cook for yourself if you want to, and rather than having to endure a cup of instant coffee with long-life milk made with the world’s smallest kettle, you can enjoy real coffee from a Nespresso machine.
There’s also plenty of space if your family want to visit and we can organise cots, highchairs and baby cutlery for the smallest member of the family.
2. Treat yourself
You’ve got to have some treats when you’re away, right?
Our brilliant housekeeping team (known as “The Pink Army” due to their marvellous uniforms) pop in every week to take care of all the cleaning and tidying, they’ll also change your towels, bed linen and tea towels, they can even collect and deliver your dry-cleaning on request.
And if cooking isn’t your thing but you don’t want to eat out every night either, we can help with that too. We can send you a menu to choose from then we fill the freezer with your favourite freshly made meals from the COOK shop just down the road.
3. It’s hassle-free
There’s no fitting in with breakfast times, lunch times, dinner times or bar times. There’s no having to park miles away and walk back to your room in the pouring rain. And there’s no having to organise your washing (all of our properties have washing machines/dryers) or phoning reception to try and get an iron delivered to your room at 6a.m. when you realize you haven’t got a shirt to wear that day!
4. Everything on your doorstep
All of our apartments are just a few minutes’ walk from West Bridgford town centre and its café culture and shops, there you’ll find an M&S Food, Carluccio’s, Côte, Costa and enough bars, cafes and restaurants to go out somewhere different every day of the week.
5. Get physical
For sports lovers, the river Trent is just outside West Bridgford town centre and perfect for walking, running, rowing and cycling. A little further away – less than 2 miles – is Holme Pierrepont where you can enjoy canoeing, kayaking, sailing, power boating, open water swimming…
